Mini Club &
Babysitting
Young guests (3-11 years old) enjoy a free programme of their own at our Mini club Le Dauphin. Our team takes children’s care at heart, under attentive supervision from Annelaure who holds 10 years-experience in welcoming children for outdoor activities, treasure hunts, play and learn sessions, and creative workshops (drawing, painting, craft and culture of Rodrigues Island).
The Kid’s Club is open from 08.30 a.m. to 04.00 p.m. A babysitting service is available upon request (24-hour notice) with supplement.

Local Music
& Craft
Rodrigues’ traditional music is a heritage blend, happily mixing influences from old European rhythms and the beat of African drums. Locals, young and old, will teach you how to dance the polka, scottish (locally called kotis), mazurka (called mazok), accompanied by accordion and percussions. They will also sweep you up your feet with the beat of the famous traditional “sega tambour”.
Immerse yourself in these traditions with our special Rodrigues’ entertainment evenings held twice a week on Tuesdays and Fridays.
Looking for local crafts and souvenirs? Our hotel boutique located near the reception desk, offers a nice collection of local hats, baskets or bags, woven in vetiver or vacoa leaves. You may also opt for the popular pots of spices and condiments, among other local goods.
